Interim HR Director
Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a large national charity who are looking to appoint an interim Director of HR for a period of 12 months on a FTC basis. You will be responsible for leading the whole HR function with 4 direct reports. You will report to the CEO. During the interim period you will lead the organisations people plan including recruitment, pay and L&D. You will work deliver people and organisational development projects alongside providing operational direction for the team. Main AccountabilitiesProvide HR strategic and tactical input to the business plan formulation, development and amendments.Develop and deliver HR KPI's; linking this to measurement people related targetsDeveloped business HR processes that contribute to the running of an effective and efficient organizationProvide guidance, advice and support to the chief executive, directors, board members and staff on people resource and structureEnsure legislative compliance on all people related issuesCoach senior managers and directorsProvide support to other departments in achieving their objectives by proactively providing solutionsEnsure equitable balance between Organisational and employee requirementsProvide vision, direction, support and guidance to the HR team.Provide HR support to the senior management team.Ensure departmental objectives are met on time to budget To be successful for this position you should have experience leading a HR function within a charity or not for profit with a similar size number of direct reports. You should have experience managing all HR operations and providing strategic focus. You should also be immediately available and interested in working in an interim capacity.
