Group Payroll Manager £50k to £60k + Benefits - City A leading and dominant Insurance Brokers based in the City seek and experienced Group Payroll Manager to head up their UK payroll offering. This role reports into the Group HR Director and you will be the main subject matter expert for everything related to payroll and manage 2 payroll administrators. The role:Subject matter expert for the Group payrollFull management and processing of the monthly payrollsClose liaison with HR and FinanceManagement and development of 2 payroll administratorsPayroll Accounting: Journals, reconciliations and the GLProcessing of the P11Ds for the groupResponsible for new starter on-boarding across the groupMonthly, quarterly and yearly payroll reporting for the BoardConduct quarterly payroll auditingManagement and up to date knowledge of pensions Must have's:Strong payroll management experience and exposureStrong leadership qualities and development of peopleStrong communication skills internal and externalAbility to push back and hold your own in terms of internal Stake HolderHigh levels of attention to detailStrong payroll systems knowledge
