HR Business Partner (6 Month FTC)

We are delighted to partner with a professional services organisation in South Gloucestershire to recruit an HR Business Partner on a 6 month contract basis.

You will operate as an HR Generalist in this inquisitive business and support through business transformation. You will partner with managers and business leaders in order to support them with people issues, leading on interventions and coaching/training them in order to improve capabilities. You will lead on specific projects and work to designated timelines. You will support the implementation of change by working with the business to ensure clear understanding, direction and what needs to be done.

In order to be successful in your application you will have proven experience as an HR Business Partner gained within a professional services or corporate working environment. You have lead on or been involved in business transformation and are confident in your ability to support stakeholders and the business through this change. You have at least five years' experience working at this level and are CIPD Qualified/ have the equivalent level of experience. You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to hit the ground running in this fixed term contract.
