A leading Healthcare organisation are looking for a Reward Partner to support on all aspects of reward; fixed and variable pay, non-consolidated awards and incentives. This is an 18 month maternity cover. Reporting to the Head of HR. This role will act as a key point of contact to the head office population to provide support, develop and implement reward strategies and policies and advice on general reward management. Responsibilities will include:Managing the annual reward cycle (including executive pay), design and review of incentive plans, gender pay reporting and aligning the firm's compensation structureReview and design incentives schemes to align to firm strategyEnsure local reward strategies/policies are aligned to the global reward strategyDesign and implement a consistent model for completing the annual salary and bonus reviewPresent recommendations to senior management on compensation strategyIdentify opportunities to harmonise global reward practicesProvision of advice to senior stakeholders, including regarding external market remuneration practice. The successful candidate will have the following:Significant reward experienceHay methodology knowledgeA general understanding of pensions and benefits and how they contribute to total rewardExcellent influencing, communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of interacting at all levels of seniority and establishing themselves as a subject matter expect
