HR Analytics, VPOakleaf are working with a leading global Financial Services organisation to support the Reporting and governance team on a permanent basis. This role will be supporting the team in the provision of people data reporting, data solutions and process improvement.The key responsibilities of the role are:Understand and develop the data and reporting needs of the businessConsult on analytical strategy, helping solve complex data and process problems - maintaining a focus on scalable solutions and efficiencyBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the businessCommit to the continued improvement of the HR system (Workday) for reporting purposesTrain individuals on self-service HR reporting toolsPresent and discuss analytical findings with senior stakeholdersThe successful candidate will have advanced statistical analyses skills and knowledge of relevant softwares and experience of HR Analytics and Reporting. Further skills requirements are:Ability to understand, manipulate and present complex dataAdvanced statistical analyses skillsProven project management experienceExperience of HR reporting and data visualisationStrong stakeholder management skillsEffective communicator and ability to build relationships To be considered please apply accordingly
