Oakleaf are working alongside a successful international retail who are looking for a HR Data Analyst to assist with their Reward activities and maintainance of their HR database for 5 months

As a HR Data Analyst you will be reporting into the HR Manager and your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the implementation of the new HR System (SAP SuccessFactors) and assist with the data migration

  • Provide a main point of contact service for technical issues relating to the HR system

  • Preparing reports on HR related activity

The ideal candidate will:

  • Advanced ability using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines with limited supervision

  • Proven analytical skills

  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Proven experience working as a motivated member of a team
