Job Details
Oakleaf are working alongside a successful international retail who are looking for a HR Data Analyst to assist with their Reward activities and maintainance of their HR database for 5 months
As a HR Data Analyst you will be reporting into the HR Manager and your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the implementation of the new HR System (SAP SuccessFactors) and assist with the data migration
- Provide a main point of contact service for technical issues relating to the HR system
- Preparing reports on HR related activity
The ideal candidate will:
- Advanced ability using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with limited supervision
- Proven analytical skills
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience working as a motivated member of a team
