Global Head of Reward - Investment Management - Central London


Your new company
A global growing asset management firm who challenge the norm in their every day work, are recruiting for a Global Head of Reward to join them on a full time permanent basis, in their central London office.

Your new role
Reporting into the Global Head of HR, you will act as the bridge between finance and hr. You will implement reward frameworks into the business, ie a new co-invest scheme, as well as being hands on and operational. You will communicate new reward initiatives to the wider business in an engaging and original way.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this business you will be a positive, driven and confident Senior reward professional with experience within asset management. You will understand the complexities of schemes such as promotes and co-invest. It will be your responsibility to challenge the business and provide logical solutions to issues arising from these schemes.
