Oakleaf Partnership are currently experiencing a high volume of permanent roles and are keen to speak with and register candidates who are interested in pursuing their HR career further. We are specifically looking for Recruitment Administrators to focus on a variety of Recruitment duties.
The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for:
Co-ordinating and scheduling interviews, dealing with busy diaries and scheduling sometimes complex interviews
Relationship management with internal business areas, interviewers, recruitment agencies and direct/employee referral candidates
Reporting and tracking of candidates within the interview process
Generating reports and analysis to help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the function
Candidate contract generation and on-boarding
Scope for this role to be involved in; reviewing advert response, short listing CVs and conducting interviews with prospective candidates
Ad hoc project work
We are looking for individuals who:
Are HR Degree qualified or equivalent experience
Are articulate and professional
Possess strong recruitment administrator and coordination experience
Are passionate about recruitment and have a strong interest in pursuing as a career
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
