Reward, Benefits and Payroll Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large technology company based in the Bracknell area. This is a progressive company with a great working atmosphere and office culture.

Your new role
Your new role will be a varied position with lots of responsibility some of the key roles include:

Payroll Processing:

  • Process and validate payroll input across all regions
  • Meet local payroll legislation and policy/process guidance.
  • Instruct payment runs and other disbursements e
  • Complete all relevant end-of-year or other period tasks per payroll.
  • Undertake regular audits of employee pay payroll
  • Answer payroll and benefits-related queries in a timely and efficient manner, always focusing on providing excellent customer service

Reward and processing & review:
  • Calculating bonus and sales commission repayments
  • Processing deductions and benefit enrolments
  • Negotiating terms and implementing new benefit providers
  • Processing salaries and variable pay reviews
  • Compensation bench-marking
  • Supporting people team

Process improvement, on-going supplier relationships and documentation:
  • Maintain up-to-date and current processes and instructional guidance on all payrolls
  • Ensuring full documentation of each payroll period
  • Training other team members
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties





What you'll need to succeed
Essentials to ensure success in this role include:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Experience in payroll input, processing and validation
  • Experience in running UK and international payrolls
  • Experience of utilising automated payroll systems
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good communication
  • Strong payroll knowledge

Some desirable aspects include:
  • Payroll-related certifications or professional memberships
  • Salary review experience
  • Training/mentoring experience
