Role: Senior Learning & Leadership Manager

Industry: Technology

Location: Central London

Salary: £80,000 - £95,000

My client are a leading online travel business who are looking for a new Senior Learning & Leadership Manager to join their London team and manage a global team of 4 L&D professionals. You will work closely with the Director of Talent as well as partner closely with the CMO and marketing client group.

This role will include a balanced mix of day to day design and delivery, rolling out projects and working closely with senior stakeholders. You will be supporting a global population so ideally you will have experience working with a global client group. There will also be regular travel to their Edinburgh office, so flexibility to do so is vital.

You will:

Leading a talent team and providing coaching and support to develop each of them individually

Partnering with the c-suite team and delivering new initiatives and ideas credibly and professionally

Designing and delivering effective development solutions that meet the overall business strategy

Looking at technology and how this has impact the company's learning process

They are a well-establish and highly capable team who as a business are constantly looking for ways to improve and develop, so you must also have a natural ability and passion to do so. You will be a natural leader, with experience managing a team remotely. You will be analytically minded and be able to demonstrate exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management.
