Talent Sourcer / Engage Specialist Oakleaf are looking for an Engage Specialist to join a Prestigious Tech company based in the heart of London. You will be responsible for qualifying candidates by reviewing resumes from multiple candidate channels, sending qualified candidates through the recruitment process and building strong relationships within the team across EMEA. To be successful you will have a real passion for recruiting and desire to improve processes whilst driving partnership & engagement with their stakeholders through leveraging data. We are looking for you to come from a resourcing or talent sourcer background. The role is initially on an 11 month contract with the view to go longer. What you will be doing? Partner with the Recruiting Team to have a firm understanding of priority talent pipelines and screen candidates for eligibilityEnsure focus on the right things through partnership with Recruiting Leaders to understand hi-pri areas, adjusting scope & priorities based on needPartnering with Employment Brand & Events team to ensure strong follow up with prospective candidatesUtilize data to deliver joint engagement and accountability across recruiting and business partnersProvide feedback and make recommendations on process improvements, technology, training requirements, etc.Accountable for the communication, tracking, and timely response to every employee referral and referrer per assigned areaResponsible for developing creative sourcing strategies through events, tools, and communication channels to increase talent networksShare best practices to drive the best results for Recruiting Programs Work collaboratively with other Program Specialists to effectively manage demand What are we looking for: 3+ years of experience in Recruiting, Sourcer or a Consultative role1+ year of sourcing or talent assessment experienceExperiencing working within SLA's and reporting out on KPI'sData driven approach to defining priorities and sharing outcomesStrong written and oral communication skills; communicates effectively by adjusting style, tone and level of detail based on the audienceAbility to accomplish daily tasks with minimal supervision and produce high quality workSelf-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independentlyAbility to manage multiple requisitions through process management and prioritization skillsStrong attention to detail, familiarity with recruiting tools and the ability to prioritize competing demandsStrong problem-solving, data analytics and reporting skills If you feel this role is for you, then please apply now!!
