We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join the Facilities Administration team in our Oxford office. The successful candidate must be "hands on" and able to carry out physical tasks such as lifting boxes, pushing trollies etc., a confident and well organised individual, keen to work as part of a busy team, providing support in the general day to day running of the Oxford office.

Description
We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join the Facilities Administration team in our Oxford office. The successful candidate must be "hands on" and able to carry out physical tasks such as lifting boxes, pushing trollies etc., a confident and well organised individual, keen to work as part of a busy team, providing support in the general day to day running of the Oxford office. The tasks are varied and include photocopying, ordering of stationery, franking the external mail, opening of the incoming mail, taking responsibility for the setting up and clearing of meeting rooms, re-sticking carpet tiles, move desk partitions, put up notice boards, together with providing assistance with an archiving clearance project.
Profile
This position would suit someone who is approachable, flexible and enjoys a busy and varied workload with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Candidates should be literate and have good verbal and written communication skills.
Full training and support will be given for this role, including manual handling and will provide development opportunities for the right applicant.
