We are very excited to share a new opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading schools based in Rutland as Head of HR.

Providing strategic leadership for the HR department in support of the school’s goal of academic excellence.

As Head of HR you will be operating as a key member of the senior leadership team you will make a significant contribution towards the schools educational aims and it’s future.

Ideally CIPD qualified, you will demonstrate personal credibility together with a high level of integrity. Your professional HR background will include education sector experience or large corporate business combined with extensive exposure of operating at strategic HR level.

You will be a strategic thinker, collaborative and possess a high level of integrity.
