An Educational charity is looking to appoint a remote working HR Manager on a permanent basis. The role will be home based with frequent travel across London.

The HR Manager will be responsible for providing a generalist HR function to a cluster of schools within London with the support of other HR Managers covering alternative areas, and, a HR Advisor within the team too. The HR Manager will be home based and travel to schools as and when required, with all expenses covered, and provide HR advice and guidance to all personnel. Experience of ER is essential for the position as there will be a number of cases to support on an ongoing basis.

With previous experience as a HR Manager, you will be confident to advise colleagues on HR practices, and, be able to take ownership of ER cases through to completion. You will be motivated and be able to manage your own time efficiently to cover the region responsible for.

The organisation is a professional and responsive education support business who offer effective functions across HR, payroll, safeguarding and Health & Safety. The HR Manager will be home based with travel across London ad is a permanent opportunity.
