Client Details

A globally renowned market leader in the production/retail sector based in Feltham looking for a HR Assistant to join their organisation.

Description

  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Support with general HR Administrator
  • Overseeing end to end recruitment process
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Planning induction schedules
  • On boarding process for new hires
  • References and DBS checks
  • preparing offer letters and contracts
  • Processing accurate HR data

Profile

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of exposure in a HR Admin/recruitment role
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and personal data
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build effective relationships
  • Time management skills
