Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a company who boast an amazing working environment and benefits package who are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.
This role plays a key part in the HR leadership team, driving and developing on strategy to improve and develop the Recruitment function within the organisation.

The role:
·Develop and deliver innovative resourcing strategies
·Effective use of the recruitment advertising budget
·Manage the third party relationships to ensure that service level agreements in contracts are being adhered to, whilst ensuring value for money.
·Talent & candidate management
·Responsible for owning and developing complex Assessment Centre's ensuring they are fit for purpose and professional
·Manage a team and Coach team members to help improve performance, specifically to improve their pipeline management
·Deliver against the People Strategy and HR Plan

The successful candidate:
·Ideally CIPD qualified
·Exceptionally strong recruitment background and recent experience of managing multi-site recruitment, multiple recruitment campaigns
·Strong people leadership skills, with a proven interest in developing people.
