A well-known Financial Services organisation are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Transformation & Change Project Manager to join their team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract basis.

The HR Transformation & Change Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of specific change projects within the HR division. The role will be to take ownership of HR projects from inception to agreed business outcomes while managing expectations, agreeing scope and influencing key decisions.

The successful candidates will have experience of managing HR related change projects with the ability to plan and control project delivery.You will also be able to shape initiatives into detailed project plans and be able to balance conflicting strategies and priorities.

The HR Transformation & Change Project Manager role is initially offered as a 12 month fixed term contract and will be working with a well know Financial Services organisation based in East London.
