Oakleaf are proud to be working with this well know global construction brand based in London City who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 9-12 month maternity cover. You will be a part of a wider recruitment team which is dynamic, driven and like to have fun! To be successful you will have:Manage the end to end recruitment process for variosu roles across the business (ranging between 20-50 at any one timeLeading on technical engineering roles as well as corporate role within head officeLed on regular international relocationsProven ability to build strong stakeholder relationshipsAbility to diagnose problems, and identify and drive appropriate solutions.Effective communication, listening and customer responsiveness.The ability to work with employees at all levels, across different functions and diverse cultures. 3-5 years experience recruiting for experienced hires within a technical field would be preferable!
