Snr HR Business Partner - Financial Services
A global Investment Bank now have a great opportunity for a dynamic, commercially focused HR Business Partner. The business has recently changed their HR model and have made their HRBPs more strategically focused which will really give a great platform to the successful candidate and a client group that is very welcoming to HR.
This will be a senior level role purely looking after top-level stakeholders (circa 10-12 top leaders) with a strategic HR remit e.g. OD, talent, succession, operating models and change. The role will also be to coach, guide and enable leaders to deliver via innovative and dynamic people solutions.
We are looking for candidates with a strong HRBP background. Financial Services or Technology experience is essential for the role and candidates must have worked in a global, matrixed, fast paced business. Candidates must also have drive, ambition and a passion for HR. You must be able to think outside of the box and be an enabler for the senior management team.
