HR Business Partner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join this growing HR team based in Bedford. This is a permanent role paying up to £48,000pa + car allowance + generous bonus potential. Your role will be to work with business leaders to provide a blend of broad and comprehensive HR generalist service and support with a change agenda through solid business partnering advice.
It's really key that you have a commercial approach and can work with pace and pragmatism, helping the management team through the transformation into the leaders of tomorrow whilst they support and engage their people.
You'll be able to tell us about your experience of influencing middle and senior management as well as demonstrate a tenacious, driven approach to managing change within business. It goes without saying that a strong technical knowledge of Employment law legislation, HR practices & TUPE is a must!
