My client are a global Fintech business who are looking for someone to join their London office as an experienced HR Business Partner. You will lead on supporting their corporate functions division including finance, so exposure of this in a previous business is needed. You will work closely with one other HRBP in the division where there is a great sense of support and development.

The ideal background of the successful candidate would be from a start-up where you have led on business as usual as well as projects across the HR generalist space. You will also have supported and worked in a global capacity with a number of cultural experiences. They are a data-driven business so you must be analytically minded and be able to present and advise on data patterns and solutions.

This is a heavy operational role so you must be prepared to roll up your sleeves!

Partner with the leadership team, where you will coach and advise

Develop and drive the people plan in alignment with broader strategic plan and roadmaps

Develop and drive a culture and engagement plan to ensure the team are living the company values

Analyse people data across a variety of sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity

Work with partners in reward, L&D, diversity & inclusion, talent attraction, to drive impactful people solutions for the business

Help the business identify, prioritise and build organisational capability for a future ready organisation

Work close;y with finance on headcount forecasting; manage Workday headcount data for function

Facilitate talent movement in support of workforce plan
