Director of HR and Learning - Maternity cover

Oakleaf Executive are delighted to be working exclusively with a Professional Services Consultancy business who are looking for someone to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. The organisation delivers consultancy services to a range of financial services institutions.

This role is a maternity cover, and the role will be a blend of HR generalist but the main focus will be Learning and Development/training. The organisation runs a sophisticated training academy for circa 200 graduates each year and so this individual needs to have a strong background in training, development, designing training and delivery.

This person will manage a team of 9 across UK, Asia and US.

Over the next 12 months, the business will be growing in Asia and the US, so ideally they would like a candidate who has delivered HR and Learning in these regions.

The ideal candidate needs to come from either professional services or financial services.
