Annapurna Recruitment has partnered with a market-leading media company to source an engaging recruitment coordinator to join their technology team.

Perfect for someone with in-house experience or a candidate looking to move in-house from an agency.

Knowledge of technology language would be a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with all members of Senior Leadership Team across technology and IT departments to understand current and future hiring requirements
  • Building strong relationships with Reach technology/IT hiring community to encourage open lines of communication and speed of delivery
  • Advertising roles on Reach careers site, promoting roles via LinkedIn and relevant technology job boards
  • Screening initial applications on the applicant tracking system and arranging direct candidate interviews where required
  • Keeping full control of the hiring process/manager/selected agency
  • Working closely with selected recruitment agencies to brief them on current and future hiring needs
  • Conducting regular agency performance reviews and flagging any issues to Recruitment Manager
  • Regulating agency use of the applicant tracking system
  • Managing, encouraging and promoting internal referrals
  • Monitoring diversity across all applications, shortlist and offers and discussing monthly with Recruitment Manager
  • Tracking source, cost per hire and time to hire
  • Attending the weekly tech huddle and supporting the communication of any recruitment related messages to wider technology space
  • Assisting the onboarding process in conjunction with on-site office manager
  • Encouraging technology hiring managers to create relevant content for social media platforms to support our employer brand and ensuring a regular presence on LinkedIn
  • Acting as an onsite ambassador for YourRecruitment and being the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries
  • Supporting hiring managers through contract of employment process/any contract changes
  • Obtaining hiring manager feedback to constantly improve our recruitment offering to the departments
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline hiring process and improve our candidates' experiences
  • Flagging any HR related issues to the allocated HR Business Partner

Desired skills:

  • Strong education, ideally to degree level
  • Minimum of 3 years in agency recruitment/in house space
  • Exposure to managing the performance of recruitment agencies
  • Strong and confident demeanour, the ability to influence and the gravitas to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and agency partners quickly
  • Excellent stakeholder manager skills
  • Able to articulate the finer details of technology roles to relevant parties
  • Organised, efficient and able to work independently and achieve results through self-motivation and commitment
  • Comfortable working under pressure to fill roles in a timely manner with the right person
  • Use of google software (Email/Calendar/Docs) desirable
