Oakleaf Partnership are working with an engineering company who have an opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join their reward team.Reporting into the Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:Supporting with year end processes, compensation and bonus reviewsWorking on job evaluation, benchmarking and organisation designWorking closely with trade unions and communicating to the businessAssisting with benefits, dealing with brokers and acting as the point of contact for benefitsWe are looking for someone who is experienced within compensation and ideally has worked within benefits. This role can be based out of Hertfordshire or Essex.To be considered, please apply accordingly
