Permanent opportunity

I am currently recruiting for a permanent HR Advisor position for a multinational Banking firm based in the City of London. This exciting opportunity involves working with Senior Management and Head Office to define and implement the HR Strategy for the firm.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership and responsibility for various cross entity projects, with the supervision and support of the HRBP team

Build and sustain effective working relationships with the business

Work in partnership with the business and HR colleagues to ensure the delivery of services in line with the HR strategy and business strategies

Ensuring that the Performance Management process is implemented and followed in the spirit of the policy

Special projects as determined by the HR Director

Support and embed L&D and OD initiatives

Facilitate the development of a high-performance culture and building organizational capability within the business

Requirements:

Good knowledge of employment law related matters

Good awareness of the regulatory and legal framework as it related to HR

Strong customer focus

Excellent team player with a strong focus on working to

Manage own time to meet agreed targets; develops plans for short-term work activities in own area

Ability to remain professional and calm even under extreme pressure and frustration

Ability to present a positive image of the HR department always
