Page Personnel are partnering an organisation within the healthcare sector based in Otley, who are actively seeking a HR Advisor to add value to their HR function. In a newly created position, the role will oversee and manage complex E.R cases whilst also supporting on various projects that the HR team will be undertaking. There will also be travel required to various locations including the occasional overnight stay.

Description

In a busy and varied HR Advisor role based in Otley, roles and responsibilities are to include:

  • Support and coach managers with all Employee Relations policy, queries and processes including grievance and disciplinary, absence management, performance management in line with best practice
  • Accurately drafting HR correspondence including offer letters, contracts of employment, variation to contract letters
  • Provide advice and guidance on relevant terms & conditions of employment, employment related policies, procedures and practice to both colleagues and managers
  • Support the wider HR Team with projects and ad-hoc work as and when needed
  • Developing, promoting and monitoring Health and Safety/Wellbeing policies and procedures
  • Support the admin team with employee annual leave and absence planning

Profile

  • A minimum of two years commercial generalist experience working within a rapidly expanding start-up or scaleup business
  • Possess a natural communication style and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • A demonstrable ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider team is essential
  • Self-motivated, self-driven with a 'can-do' attitude
  • A natural problem-solver
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • CIPD qualified preferred
