Talent Acquisition Specialist position based Sunbury. a full 360 role from liasing with hiring managers, managing the candidate journey all the way through to offer management.

The client is a well known oil and gas company based in Sunbury seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their wider team.

Description

  • Ensure that the company's talent strategy is achieved with focus on Diversity & Inclusion and critical capabilities
  • Liaise with and support hiring managers to align new hires with the company's vision and provide insight into regional talent markets
  • Work collaboratively with the sourcing team to develop strategy
  • Using data and sourcing events to attract talent internally and externally
  • Driving and maintaining candidate engagement with the company from the moment of initial contact
  • Review and screen CVs and video interviews
  • Partner with rewards & benefits and hiring managers throughout offer management

  • Engage, influence and build trust with senior stakeholders across the business

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in a global matrix organisation experience
  • Proven experience of demanding senior stakeholder management skills
  • Extensive experience of delivering challenging hiring demand across a specific area with focus on Diversity and Inclusion and critical capabilities
  • Candidate sourcing techniques with a proven ability to identify and attract individuals from scarce skills and diverse backgrounds
  • Provides HR solutions to enhance business effectiveness and understands the commercial implications of decisions an actions
