HR Advisor

An HR Advisor is required for my client who are based in Worcestershire, this is a site based role looking after a headcount of c.100 and reporting into an HR Manager.

You will act as the first point of contact for all people related activities to the site. This is a broad HR generalist position with responsibility for all site HR activities including: HR administration and the maintenance of the HR database, recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, training & development and HR management information/reporting.

My client is looking for a pro-active and self-starting HR Advisor who has worked in a similar blue collar environment (engineering, food production, manufacturing, supply chain/logistics). With strong knowledge of UK employment law you will have the ability to support the HR Manager with the HR agenda and delivery of an excellent HR service in a fast paced working environment.
