Job Details
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading financial services organisation based in Swindon, to recruit a Learning & Development Project Manager for major Tech transformation programme.
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of change initiatives through the full lifecycle from inception through to closedown - this will involve scoping, planning, managing, estimating, and delivering initiatives to deliver on plan and within budget.
You will be accountable for delivering change initiatives successfully, against agreed delivery plan(s) to time, quality and cost, that in turn feed into change team outcomes / roadmaps - this will involve business readiness, release management, demand management and implementation.
You will also manage a small team (4x learning consultants) day to day and, attend and lead PM meetings, whilst business partnering senior stakeholders and the wider project team.
Applicants MUST have strong Tech / IT Learning background, gained within Financial Services or, similarly large, complex and regulated environments, coupled with full training cycle expertise and experience of managing large budgets (£1m+).
This position is an urgent, full time requirement - working 5 days per week with occasional home working offered where appropriate.
