Job Details


Responsibilities:
*Proactively support the ongoing maintenance, development and data integrity of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
*Design and deliver comprehensive HR KPI reports for use by the wider HR team and business leaders
*Represent the HRIS function by partnering with subject matter experts within the wider global HR team
*Support the quarterly updates of the HRIS, completely owning testing processes and then identifying and communicating improvement opportunities
*Support the communication of any changes in the HRIS to the wider HR Team
*Provide HR data and reporting to enable effective management of all people-related data
*Work with global HRBPs/SMEs on projects at various levels, both ad hoc day to day and globally at strategic level
*Escalate technical issues to the external HRIS support partner, ensuring issues are well communicated and followed through to resolution.
*Various other HRIS administration tasks as required

Requirements:
*Experience working with a cloud based HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
