Description

HR Administrator

  • Setting new employees up on the system and managing the new hire on boarding process on the HR system
  • Monitoring new starter probationary periods
  • Assisting with pre-employment checks
  • Organising induction schedules for new starters
  • Recruitment - Setting up interviews and RTW checks
  • Assisting in the running of key reports
  • Updating organisational changes e.g. Line Manager, Job title, salary
  • Payroll Assistance - Input, Scanning and auto-enrolment pensions
  • Profile

    As the HR Administrator you will have experience in

    • Previous experience in a HR position
    • Positive Attitude
    • Strong work effort
    • Proactive
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Effective time management and organisational skills
    • Able to work under pressure with time constraints
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
    • Team player
