About the role

Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide a strategic HR contribution as part of the Senior Management Team across the full HR generalist remit. You will advise and guide managers in employee relations as well as coaching and developing their management skills. You will lead on reviews and implementation of policies and processes to support the business. As an experienced HR Business Partner you will market and embed HR as a critical enabler to services’ business plans and activities whilst ensuring the delivery of compliant operational HR function.

This is a permanent opportunity, working 36.25 hours a week, predominantly based within our head office in Newton Abbot. As part of the role there will be an expectation to occasionally travel to our sites across Devon and Cornwall.

About you

We are looking for candidates who are qualified to CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma qualification together with Assoc CIPD or Chartered MCIPD level membership of the Institute. Within your application you will also be able to demonstrate your experience as a proven and highly competent senior HR practitioner including the delivering and line managing an effective HR service.
