Job Details
A global FinTech are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team on a fixed term contract (six months initially) with a view to converting to permanent.
As the HRBP you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the leaders and managers create a place where people love to work
- Work with the tech team to support them through a period of significant change in the business
- Deliver end-to-end generalist People support, including resourcing, employee engagement and culture, organisation design, employee relations, performance management, talent development and succession planning
- Deliver innovative employee engagement and talent mapping policies
- Conduct a review of comp and bens
Your profile:
- You will be a strategic HRBP who has worked within dynamic tech/ media businesses
- Natural rapport builder with a creative flair
- Be able to confidently demonstrate your ability to guide business units through change
- Be immediately available
