This is an exciting time to join the Middlesex HR Business Partnering Team, as we strive to provide essential support to the University in achieving its core vision and strategy – Transforming Potential into Success.
We are seeking to recruit a motivated and influential Associate HR Business Partner (Policy and Advice). As part of the HR Service, you will work collaboratively with members of the team and our stakeholders to provide professional specialist support, in a framework that continuously aims to improve our work environment and working practices, across all strands of HR.
Your role will focus on ensuring that the University's range of people policies and processes are fit for purpose, aligned with our strategy, and are communicated clearly and concisely to the relevant stakeholders and audiences. With your in-depth knowledge and understanding of up to date UK employment legislation and best practice, you should have specialist and proven experience of writing clear and easily understood policies and procedures.
As an experienced HR practitioner with a wide range of HR operational knowledge – particularly in employee relations, you should also have demonstrable experience of managing complex cases, as you will also provide some support to the business with its people matters.
