Global Mobility Manager- Expatriate Tax- 12M FTC- with a view to go perm
My client, leading Financial Services organisation, is currently looking for a Global Mobility Manager to join them in their London office.
This role will be a standalone position, focused on providing subject matter expertise on all international assignment related matters. The role will report to the Head of HR, EMEA.
Your main duties as the Global Mobility Manager will include but are not limited to:
- Set up policies and processes
- Subject matter expert for Expat Tax
- Work closely with specialist teams/ vendors incl. Payroll and Tax, ensuring reward packages are compliant
- Key point of contact for all relocations
- Provide oversight; monitor, review and approve relocation cost estimates, assignment/ relocation packages
- Main point of contact for all escalations and exceptions
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- Strong Global Mobility and Expat Tax experience
- Highly Numerate
- Strong academics would be highly advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ideally ATT qualified
