A Financial Services organisation based in the City, is currently looking for a Reward Manager to join them on a permanent basis in a newly created role. Reporting into the Head of Reward, the Reward Manager will take ownership of two business areas and be the "go to" for all compensation matters. Key responsibilities:Own and improve the year end compensation process for two key business areasPartner directly with the business, building strong relationshipsManage the firms share schemesWork closely with third party providersLead on compensation projects Key requirements:Experience running a year end compensation process, ideally within a financial services reward functionStrong understanding of share schemesUnderstanding of remuneration regulations affecting the UK Asset Management marketConfident user of excelExcellent stakeholder management skills To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
