Talent Acquisition Manger
Leading Consultancy are seeking an experienced in-house Recruiter to join their growing team. This role will see you recruiting across the board including technology, sales and corporate functions. This is a London based role with travel to home counties in which you will be required to drive.
They are seeking candidates who come from a strong in-house Talent Acquisition background who have previously recruiting tech positions. This position will also include talent focused projects. The focus for this role will be:
- Resourcing technology, sales and corporate functions positions
- Partnering with stakeholders to deliver innovation and effective talent solutions
- Working with the Head of HR to develop employer value proposition and brand externally
- Conduct psychometric assessments with potential talent
- Project manage graduate recruitment, apprenticeships and internships
To be considered for this position you will need to have a strong in-house recruitment background with experience recruiting tech focused positions. This role will involve UK based travel min 2 days per week in which you require your own transportation. The ideal candidate will have experience with employer branding experience and be willing to take on additional projects.
