Having enjoyed consistent and strong growth over recent years, it's now time to take the business to the next level. They're looking to appoint an experienced individual into the newly created position of HR Director, to help them consolidate that growth and ensure it is well positioned for the next stage of its development.

Reporting to the MD, key areas of focus will include partnering the board to drive strategy, implementing a scalable, agile organisational structure plus developing a first-class approach to attraction, recruitment, talent development, engagement and reward that acutely reflects the dynamics of this competitive market. The leaders of this business are passionate about their fields of expertise, driven, dedicated and ambitious.

Whatever your background, we're looking for a commercially focused and technically strong HR professional, someone with the experience, intellect and entrepreneurial flair to drive the business forward. Sector experience is not important although successful candidates are likely to demonstrate their ability to translate their experience to a niche, professional services business.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate you can lead HR in a relatively small people centric business, at pace and "roll up your sleeves". Experience of working with a Private Equity backed business is essential.
