Management Development Specialist - £30-33,000 + benefits
Our client is well regarded organisation with a national presence. They are currently investing heavily in their HR and L&D Functions in order to improve their people and management capabilities. This is a key role to be able to deliver that project successfully.

Responsibilities will include

  • Building relationships with key operational stakeholders to enable you to understand individual, team and corporate learning needs and deliver against them.
  • Improving, developing and delivering a wide range of management & leadership development solutions
  • Supporting the people strategy to improve management capabilities by coaching and supporting key operational managers.
  • Working alongside the L&D Manager to modernise L&D strategy, process and material.

We are looking for a high performing, self motivated and organised individual with proven experience in Management Development training (from TNA all the way through the design, delivery and evaluation).

The role will require travel across the country, however you will have control over your own diary.

Salary - £30-33,000 + Benefits

Location - Dudley base, with travel.
