HR Advisor

I am working with a fantastic, fast-growing energy brand in West London, in their search for an HR Advisor.

This is a permanent role, paying up to £40,000.

Being part of a newly established HR function and in a rapidly expanding organisation, there will be plenty of opportunites to really make the role your own.

Despite the high volume of recruitment, you will be dealing with ER cases, advising on policies and procedures, and employee engagement. This will ensure your role isn't recruitment focused - but more of a generalist role.

With recruitment, you will be working with the Head of HR in developing strategies around talent acquisition, managing the ATS, and liaising with hiring managers. This will allow you to play an integral part in the growth of the organisation, and also build key relationships with stakeholders.

With ER, you will be using your expertise in managing a variety of cases and also being the first point of contact for any issues. This will allow you to be an approachable and open HR Advisor, and also show off your expertise in employment law.

With engagement, this is a fantastic project that the Head of HR is keen to build upon. This will allow you to work on projects such as D&I, CSR, and building the benefits package for employees. This will allow you to add real value to your day to day work, and also consider what personal development opportunities you want for yourself in order to progress.

I am looking to speak with experienced Advisors who are interested in being part of a growing function and can get to west London. This will be a two stage interview process: it will start with a telephone call and be followed by a face to face.
