Interim HR Business Partner
Michael Page is working with a leading Kent employer who require an HR Business Partner to join them on a 3 month contract.
Our client is a leading education establishment with two key sites in Kent. Due to a increased workload they are looking for additional support at their Medway site - with occasional travel to other sites.
As Interim HR Business Partner you will provide support to Managers and Academic staff, guiding them on policy and procedure as well as managing more complex ER cases. In addition to managing the operational HR function, you will also be involved in key projects including a review of policy and procedures.
You will be CIPD qualified with the ability to build effective relationships with managers - especially those requiring support and coaching in developing people.
You will have a strong generalist background and exposure to a Unionised environment would be beneficial.
Basic salary up to £48,000
