HR Advisor - Employee Relations

JOB ROLE: ER Advisor
JOB TYPE: Temp for 3 months with potential to go perm
HOURS: Mon - Fri (Field based)
SALARY: £32,000 - £35,000
LOCATION: Field based across the South East Region

We are currently looking for an immediately available Employee Relations (ER) Advisor who will be regionally based across the South East. Locations include:

·Southampton
·Havant
·Fareham
·Eastbourne
·Worthing
·Chichester
·Folkestone
·Ramsgate
·Maidstone
·Tunbridge Wells
·Horley
·Guildford
·Wokingham


There is potential that this role could become a permanent position.

·Provide day to day support to line management in their understanding of company policies, best practice and employment law.
·Support with investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management. High volume ER case management experience (20 cases at one time)
·This is a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available HR professional looking for new role to start before the end of September



The ideal candidate will have the following:

*CIPD
*Experience of working in a generalist HR environment, with experience in managing high volume ER cases
*Good commercial awareness, customer focused and driven by results and achievement
*Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
*Strong organisational, planning and time management ability
*Pragmatic approach to problem solving and analytical approach to decision making
*Experience in undertaking mediation role and/or facilitating performance reviews, grievance hearings and disciplinary proceedings
*Evidence of good working knowledge of employment law
