  • A forward thinking global business with a reputable brand name is looking for an interim Benefits Analyst. This is a key role building strong relationships with internal key stakeholders, adding value and really making a difference. You will have responsibility for the EMEA employee benefits, policies and procedures and responsibility for reviewing complex analytics to resolve employee and vendor issues.
  • Accountabilities include:
  • Administering EMEA employee benefit programmes and resolving any issues and queries
  • Assisting in reviewing the company's benefit plans, policies and procedures
  • Maintaining and updating benefit plan documents and summary plan descriptions on the intranet
  • Assisting with various projects including implementation and redesign of plans, development of employee communication material and annual benefit renewals
  • Conducting complex analysis for a range of benefit projects
  • Working with the wider Comp, Bens and HR team to enhance the benefits proposition in order to attract and retain talent
  • Creating, implementing and documenting the benefits process

Skills & Experience

  • You must have gained the above Benefits Analyst experience from a large professional and commercial organisation
  • You must have strong knowledge of EMEA legislation related to benefits administration
  • Familiarity of HR concepts such as leave admin practices and procedures
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong organisational, critical thinking, analytical and excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to multiple deadlines
  • Strong excel skills as well as experience of working with benefit technologies
