JOB TYPE: 12 month Maternity Cover
HOURS: Mon - Fri 37.5 hours a week
SALARY: £60,000 - £70,000
LOCATION: Slough, with some International travel
START DATE: Immediate (September)

Ashley Kate have a fantastic opportunity available with one of our leading tech clients based near Slough. We are looking for a HR Manager to start immediately to cover a period of maternity leave.

This exciting organisation is looking for a pragmatic and energetic HR Manager to operate on a 50/50 split between an operational hands on HR role and a project based strategic role.

The role is based out of their offices located near Slough however there will be a requirement for International travel (once every 2 weeks).

Operating in a dynamic change environment, the interim HR Manager operates as Business Partner to a variety of client groups across the European region, encompassing full life-cycle employee relations, change management, staffing, performance management, training & development, benefits & HR process administration.

The role will report into the UK based Senior HR Director and will sit on the EMEA HR Leadership team.

As well as BAU with an operational hands on approach to the business (approx.. 100 H/C) you will also work closely with Senior HR Director and team on strategic initiatives to drive the regional and global HR agenda including projects around Culture, Values, Engagement;

Ideal candidate:

·Experience in working for a Global SME tech company;
·Strong experience at a HR Manager level operating with a mix of operational and strategic focuses;
·CIPD qualified;
·Degree or diploma in HR Management, Business or relevant field strongly desired;
·Significant HR Generalist / Business Partner experience, demonstrating progressively responsible HR roles;
·Prior experience working in a cross-country HR role, and/or international experience working in a country outside of the UK;
·Experience in all areas of the Human Resources functions including recruiting, employee development, compensation and benefits, employee counselling, performance management and labour law;
·Very pragmatic and "hands-on" HR professional who can establish relationships across all levels of the organisation;
·Versatile and entrepreneurial style; capable of dealing with different geographic and organizational cultures;
·Experience in large-scale change initiatives across diverse teams and locations;
