An international not for profit organisation based in Central London are looking to appoint 2 HR Business Partners to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident HR Business Partner to support the delivery of the HR strategy across 2 business areas. The HR Business Partner will be expected to coach and support line managers in all people related matters and will be responsible for contributing to the development of the HR strategy.

The HR Business partner will have previous experience of sharing expertise and learning, ensuring consistency across the organisation and will be comfortable and confident with Employee Relation case management and offering accurate and up to date advice.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as an HR Business Partner ideally in the Public Sector.
