Urgent 12 week temporary role for Call Handlers based in Norwich

Description

My client has exciting opportunity for superstars to join a friendly, busy Commercial Services contact centre based in Norwich (NR6) as a Commercial Services Call Handler. This role is the forefront of their operations and you will have excellent communication skills and customer service at the heart of every action.

My client is looking for two Call Handlers, who will work in their Commercial Services department taking calls from the public, but also other healthcare professionals, emergency services and community organisations.

Profile

Commercial services make a positive impact on patient care, both directly and indirectly. All of the income they generate is re-invested to support frontline ambulance services. Commercial customers enjoy a high quality service that directly benefits their community, supporting their own corporate social responsibility policy.

The successful candidate will have English and Maths at GCSE Level grade C or above and be literate to Trust tested level. My client is seeking professional team players with good keyboard skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will have at least 6 months in a role dealing with the general public either face to face or via telephone with excellent verbal communication skills.

Please note - Hours include weekends and late shifts.

Job Offer

This is a temporary position lasting 12 weeks

Rate £8.30 per hour

You must be available to start Monday 16th September

This role is subject to a full DBS check
