A world leading Professional Services business are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will act as the key contact for a specific client group and will proactively deliver HR services to the client group. As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:Acting as an advisor for client group employees and working closely to understand how HR can support their peopleLead on day-to-day HR operations of client group with support from HR ManagerActing as first point of contact for client group employees in relation to HR issuesProviding guidance and support to ensure all employee issues are resolvedMonitoring and managing all sickness absence with guidance from HR ManagerSupporting the shared service team with managing maternity/paternity/shared parental leaveConducting exit interviews and communicating feedback to appropriate peopleManaging all flexible working requestsOverseeing the probation review process and new joiner referencing processAssisting HR Manager with providing guidance and supporting line managers with redundancies and restructuresAssisting relevant departments with the implementation of policies and practices regarding employment lawLiaising with recruitment managers to advise of any resourcing needsAssisting to manage apprenticeshipsAssisting with inbound and outbound international secondments and liaising with international mobility and tax teams on any complex queriesCoordinating the delivery and communications of performance management process with support from HR ManagerSupporting managers with performance improvement plansLead talent review discussions with senior managementAssisting with salary and bonus review processes alongside Reward teamPromoting learning and development options with line managers to ensure development needs are identifiedArranging coaching where neededAssisting and leading small scale projectsAs the HR Advisor, you will possess:Minimum of 2 years generalist experience at advisor level, preferably within professional servicesGood understanding of current employment legislationGood knowledge of employee relations processStrong MS Office skills Competitive salary and benefits on offer to the successful candidate.
