Dealing with general HR queries and providing admin support to the HR Director, you will be responsible for:General HR Administration, to include filing, e-filing and training course bookingsTaking references and generating reference responsesOrgainisiung the induction programme for new staff, producing relevant documentation and scheduling the training in diariesLiaising with Payroll as required and maintaining an overview of HR/Payroll processMaintaining the staff movements spreadsheetsMonitoring holiday entitlement and sickness absence, updating records as requiredAssisting with firm's training programmeAssisting in projects as required by the HR DirectorAssisting Recruitment Manager with admin supportAs the HR Administrator, you will possess:High organisation skillsStrong attention to detailGood interpersonal skillsHigh levels of discretionIf this HR Administrator role is of interest, please apply directly.
