Job Details
A law firm based in South-West London is looking for an HR Advisor to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Working closely with relevant HR team members to resource a range of roles
- Involved in all aspects of recruitment
- Liaising with agencies and working with the HR team to ensure effective onboarding of new starters
- Assisting with employee relations alongside the relevant HR Manager
- Contributing to the implementation of the firm's L&D strategy
- Keep up to date with employment legislation changes
- Conducting exit interviews as appropriate
This person will:
- Have at least 2 years' in a generalist HR role
- Have experience within professional services - ideally legal
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be bright and commercially focused
- Experience of graduate recruitment is highly desirable
- Be proactive and a team player
