A Central London based law firm are looking for an HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR, this HR Manager role will be responsible for:

Proactively developing effective working relationships with partners, business services heads and line managers and providing them with advice, coaching and support on all employee issues

Developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures and systems

Leading and developing projects to support HR and wider firm strategies

Dealing with all HR related matters for Business Services

Monitoring client group absence levels for Fee Earners, analysing trends, highlighting issues and concerns against the Firms policy and making recommendations

Formulating wellbeing strategy

Identifying wellbeing training needs and liaising with L&D

Supporting Head of HR with annual salary reviews

Processing Gender Pay Gap Statistics and reporting

Processing Diversity statistics

Overall responsibility for apprentices and apprenticeship programme

Working closely with Head of HR to develop and implement D&I strategies

As the HR Manager you will possess:

Minimum of 5 years HR experience

Proven relationship management skills

Strong levels of discretion and team player

Strong MS Office skills

Strong communication skills
