A Central London based law firm are looking for an HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR, this HR Manager role will be responsible for:Proactively developing effective working relationships with partners, business services heads and line managers and providing them with advice, coaching and support on all employee issuesDeveloping, implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures and systemsLeading and developing projects to support HR and wider firm strategiesDealing with all HR related matters for Business ServicesMonitoring client group absence levels for Fee Earners, analysing trends, highlighting issues and concerns against the Firms policy and making recommendationsFormulating wellbeing strategyIdentifying wellbeing training needs and liaising with L&DSupporting Head of HR with annual salary reviewsProcessing Gender Pay Gap Statistics and reportingProcessing Diversity statisticsOverall responsibility for apprentices and apprenticeship programmeWorking closely with Head of HR to develop and implement D&I strategiesAs the HR Manager you will possess:Minimum of 5 years HR experienceProven relationship management skillsStrong levels of discretion and team playerStrong MS Office skillsStrong communication skillsIf this HR Manager role is of interest, please apply directly.
